Szymon Kaliski is a Polish multimedia artist who bends the rules of sound and technology, fusing raw lo-fi elements with new digital languages. He’s a maker, an inventor, using self-crafted software and unconventional hardware to blur the lines between the organic and the artificial.
His music is deliberately flawed — filled with cracks, skips, and decay, where every sound is meticulously unraveled and reassembled. These compositions breathe with imperfections, held together in a world where time is suspended and everything is looped, warped, and reborn.
Since From Scattered Accidents (2011), his first album on KITCHEN. LABEL, Kaliski has released three albums, each an unfolding experiment. But his creative output doesn’t stop with sound. He also designs immersive applications that meld signal processing, generative art, and data into visual form.
