Almost 10 years ago, KITCHEN. STUDIO was established as the creative arm of our record label KITCHEN. LABEL, founded in 2008. Our carefully honed and distinctive aesthetic has been widely recognised by international design and music publications alike (Creative Review, The Wire, Independence: The History of Graphic Design in Singapore since the 1960s), and to date our products are sold in over 40 cities around the world. The Label’s artistic output is fundamental to our Studio practice as they stretch our limits of research and design.

The early foundation of our Studio practice was organically built on commissioned project offers from admirers of the Label who sought after our characteristic touch. Over the decade, we have developed into an all-rounded creative consultancy that specialises in creative, art direction & fashion direction, visual communication, web & interactive design, and branding & identity for fashion houses, lifestyle & online retailers, magazines & publications, record labels and more. We choose to keep our structure compact in order to maintain close dialogues with our clients, as we believe it cuts through the clutter, allowing us to craft inimitable concepts and authentic experiences.
