Tobias Wilden shares new single & video for ‘Tidelands’

Tobias Wilden has released his new album, A Path to Open Air II, and shares the music video for its second single, Tidelands.

Tidelands immerses listeners in the vastness of coastal landscapes, highlighting the interplay between light and water. The track blends contemplative and hopeful tones, capturing a journey marked by both reflection and serenity.

Wilden shares, “The title Tidelands encapsulates the theme of the song. It’s inspired by my upbringing near the northern German coast, where the expansive ocean and shifting weather were ever-present. This song was actually the first piece I ever composed on guitar. While it was initially a solo guitar track, I’ve reimagined it in a multi-track format to more effectively convey its atmosphere.”

The music video for Tidelands, produced by Atelier 5 Éléments and filmed by Eliot YMH, showcases breathtaking visuals from Okoshiki Beach in Kumamoto, Japan, aligning perfectly with the song’s coastal essence.
